Overview
The NIC end of an 800G 2×DR4 link: one 400G DR4 port in a QSFP112 module, 500 m over single-mode MPO-12.
A GPU server with 400G NICs needs about one of these per GPU, so they are ordered in the same volumes as switch-side optics. We quote them together with your 800G modules.

It depends on the NIC's cage. We currently quote QSFP112; tell us the NIC model and we confirm the form factor.
